  The item is exactly what I was looking for, and the seller's communication and free shipping were great...the overall experience was positive. However, the outrageous price for a discontinued item was disappointing. I wanted the product badly enough to pay the crazy amount, but it's unfortunate that sellers price-gouge simply because they can. Also, to this seller's credit, their price was the lowest of all others who were selling the identical product.

  Seller cancelled my 2/9/2025 order without giving me a chance to either (1) wait another 1-2 weeks for order or (2) to have order cancelled and money refunded. Item was waiting to be checked through NY post office. This was to be a 92nd birthday present for my mom. Quality of shampoo is good and value is worth price; POOR seller communication. Can't blame post office for Northeast US weather. Please contact your customers first and allow them to wait or cancel their orders!

  The item was described as “new in box”. This turned out to not be the case. This wasn’t the product I was accustomed to buying. It had a funny odor and when sprayed on my hair did not produce any shine. I contacted the seller for resolution and have yet to hear anything back. I didn’t open the product right away because I was away and didn’t have access to it. Unfortunately I won’t be able to return the product because I’m beyond the return window. 1st and last purchase from this seller.
