But shipping (thru eBay) was awful intial window was Jan 8-Jan16 (already a wide window) was delivered on the 17th with little to no tracking updates. Seller was prompt with shipment as they sent it out Dec 30th. Summary: parts good, seller good, eBay shipping very poor.

    The Water pipe arrived boxed as expected but there was no mention in the advertisement that it did not include the drain plug, which you would expect. This was a bit frustrating as they also did not sell it separately and am finding it difficult to source. Otherwise, the sale went through with no other issues, smoothly and arrived as expected.

    Our listings are accurate in description/photograph, clearly advertising what is to be delivered. The mentioned drain plug was not in the listing as, at present, we are unable to carry stock of this item, but we have given the buyer the reference No. of the required drain plug to aid fitment.
