Please not that I have had ONE single negative feedback only in all the years I design and sell jewelry. However, the new Ebay rating count with 90 % and decreasing makes it look as if I have more negatives than positives.

I use ethnic material from Africa, the Middle East, from China and South East Asia. Most of the necklaces are my own creations, except if stated otherwise.

    This seller is very understanding patient friendly and helpful I couldn't as for better. However The package arrived late for a birthday due to postal services (Not sellers fault.) And a Duty fee was also added on top when arrived which the seller kindly gave a partial refund for ^^

    Very disappointed shopping this time, the item pictures are much bigger and nicer than the arrived item and I have to pay 2 times post fees the reason it’s I didn’t receive the parcel and has been send back, but i have not been informed by any post office so how do I know? Never want to shopping there any more I feel has been cheated this time , not good at all

    Not seller responsibillty if Cyprus Post cannot deliver, according to tracking the parcel was returned as buyer was not at home at time of attempted delivery and then did not go and pick it up at local post office.As to beads, the exact measurements are stated in the description, even the ord "small" is used. If buyer cannot read a description this is not sellers responsibility. Pictures are always enlarged ! A very unfair feedback.
