    When I placed my order I accidentally had an old address on my account. The mistake was caught 1 day later and they had already had it out for shipment, and the company did everything they could to help with the error. With many communications, UPS ended up returning the boxing mitts back to the company, and they immediately sent them out to the correct address without even asking for additional shipping costs. When the mitts arrived I found them to be great quality at a good price. Thank you!

    The product received was as described. However, the clear plastic bag it was packaged in says “Made in Pakistan.” This was supposed to be made in USA product, as the company in located in TX and advertises their products as “Made in USA.” I want to buy made in USA for a reason. Not sure if this is with RDX itself or the seller. I’m keeping the gloves but the $6.99 ones I bought in Marshalls made in Cambodia are of the same quality with leather palm grips.

    B2 fitness have been amazing. They have gone above and beyond and I’m really grateful. After the evri driver kept my parcel I reported this to the seller (and evri) and B2 fitness replied promptly and sent me out another to replace the stolen item which I really appreciate as it was a Christmas present for my husband. The lifting hooks were packaged really well and are of really high quality. I can’t recommend this company enough they have been great. Thank you.
