  Coming from China I was initially sceptical, however I was totally wrong, without a doubt this company is one of the best if not the best I've dealt with internationally and cold possibly teach the locals a thing or 2, customer service was outstanding, postage was faster than most things I order in Australia, the product was exactly as described. I actually forgot to order a power cord for Australia standards, they actually contacted me and posted one for free the same day. AAAA++++

  Although the product seemed very good quality it did not perform quite as I expected. It's only when you have problems that you really find out how good the customer service is. When I contacted the seller they promptly sent out replacement parts for me, free of charge, which fixed the problem. I initially emailed Mrcartool directly using the email address in the user manual but received no reply. However, when I contacted the seller through eBay the customer support was second to none.

  As expected and all good. I've not used the kit as yet, but based on it's presentation, I've no reason to assume negativity. If I need to find fault, then it's with the packaging. It came within a plastic bag. I would have preferred it protected with bubble wrap, before it was placed into a plastic shipping bag.
