  Ordered a new grill for my mercedes first one arrived damaged. Contacted the company via Ebay who arranged for a new one to be sent out straight away. The grill looks great goos price as described. Customer service was very good made what could have been a very difficult situation very easy. Would use them again.

  I have had an amazing customer service from the eBay seller: automobilelife (6363) I ordered the: LED Side Indicator Repeater Lights for my 2004 Vauxhall Astra G. From the intial ordering, payment, through to the actual delivery - i was given regular updates on the onward progress of my order. Thanks to automobilelife's excellent fast-dispatch - the lights arrived 5 days prior to the advised due delivery date. I can tell you that they are a brilliant piece of kit, and well good value.   DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! Product not fit for purpose. Contacted for a resolution they stalled with pointless questions, finally offering me a third of the original purchase price, saying I could keep their product (clearly they didn’t want it back knowing what a poor quality item they had sent me in the first place). The worst Customer Service I’ve experienced. As if their disgraceful offer wasn’t bad enough, I would only receive the refund AFTER leaving them POSITIVE FEEDBACK. BLACKMAIL! 😡
