    What a shambles. UNLIKE anyone else that manages to tell ebay system that they dont post to PO Boxes, this seller doesnt know how to do that. The system accepted my address which is a po box. Then the seller procedded to tell me that PO boxes cannot accept long packages. Funny I have another package going to the same po box that is twice the length. If It took 4 days to get them to send it. When it arrived even though the description and vehicle check was carried out, the racks are a poor fit.
