Bought a 'Grade 1' listed tumble dryer. Came well packaged, still with protective cellophane on dials, panels, door etc. Only 1 very small, barely noticeable, scratch on one side (hidden when under counter), hence the Grade 1 rating and aligned to the description. Such a great price for what is a zero impact defect on a new appliance.

I was pleasantly surprised at the level of service received, the speed of response to my messages and the professionalism of Appliance Star. I am very happy with the service all round, and although it was advertised that I would get the appliance within 4 days of my order, it still arrived within the week. The delivery team were great and removed the old machine. Recommend
