While the box was received quite damaged (huge box likely damaged by the cross-country shipping company), the mount was packaged well enough to not have sustained damage & he seems beautiful in the box. He won’t get mounted until our lake home is completed, but he appears to be exactly as stated in the description and is quite impressive!

I assumed I was getting the chandelier in the picture. Reached out a few days later and they said it was “made to order” and they were making it. They expedited production and got it out quickly which I appreciate BUT the antler chandelier that arrived is rectangular in dimensions NOT square like the one in the imagined. Not what I expected. Good quality overall.

After chandelier is hung, the chain link was bent back closed. BUT... The link snapped in two. Chandelier hit the floor. Damaged badly. Seller stated they have used the same chain company for 20 years, has never happened before. Well I have 50 years of many, many types of handy man work, including remodeling my 34 rent homes continuously. Just not happy or satisfied.
