Item was described as used which fair enough, its not brand new but there's not a mark on it, it was very well packaged indeed and great value for the price I paid.     I must say from start to finish this has been a very good experience. Communication was superb, lots of emails telling me what was happening and fully tracked through RM. The oxford diecast Jaguar SS was packed in bubble wrap and put into a box full of polystyrene quavers so it was well protected. It was all as described and a very good price. Would recommend the seller.
