  The item was advertised as NEW, so I expected it to arrive in manufacturer’s original packaging, complete with instructions. However, it was packaged in plain mailing box, with nothing else. In operating, occasional rough patches suggest perhaps a “knockoff” to Phillips Flosser . Yet I paid premium price, so feel less than satisfied. Could have purchased a verified product through Amazon for less.
