    Listed as brand new with tatty packaging. Nothing wrong with the packaging yet the cooker I received was faulty and had cosmetic damage. Seller was quick to arrange an exchange but unfortunately this also had cosmetic damage. The sellar arranged for item to be collected and was to issue a full refund. Nine days after returning eBay stepped in and organised the refund as seller had not done so. Not a great experience very stressful
