I opened everything up & saw that the blue helmet/head was off of the figure. I think I managed to fix it. Although this is the cheapest option you can find.. I was still hoping to get a untampered box. The seller states every item leaves Brand New & refused to believe how I received this item. "We cut the seal on the bottom, opened it, for some reason popped off a head of a figure, then we re-packaged it, left this seal cut clearly which was done with a knife. Then shipped it to him\her". Sorry we do not ship items like that.
