We do combine postage though there are times that due to the weight or height of items, we cannot. All our items are sent Tracked 48 via Royal Mail and we use a physical Post Office, not online so when you receive your tracking number, it means we have sent it. We do have a returns policy of 14 days after receiving items but buyer must pay postage to return it. If there is a problem with your item, please contact us before leaving feedback so we can sort out the issue. If you do leave unfair feedback before contacting us, we will report you.
