  The Colour Touch tube I bought arrived in a jiffy bag - out of its box and with no bubble wrap or any other protective layer and consequently is bent and damaged. Contacted seller (and sent photos of damaged item) and they replied that the packaging is mentioned on the listing and is a cost-saver on postage. Said if there were any issues to 'reach out' !!!! Well - I had 'reached out' and my concerns were ignored. Dreadful, careless seller who I certainly do not recommend.
