Sent an alternative item with my agreement (JT instead of AFAM front sprocket at same price) as out of stock but review of feedback, inc green, and their incredibly quick and well rehearsed kicking into the reversionary mode indicates that advertising items they do not actually have stock of is an endemic problem with this supplier. I'd have gone red on this except that they did actually get a reasonable quality sprocket to me very quickly so can't fault that aspect of the service.

Through my own error (a typing error) the sprocket went to the wrong address and was then returned to the Post Office. The Customer Service I received from A & R Racing was BRILLIANT - they sent another one out to me immediately and upgraded the postage to First Class for free. They then refunded me in full (including the postage they had paid for) once the first sprocket got back to them. 5 stars definitely deserved - thanks guys.
