  The frame arrived on time, it had a few paint chips that weren’t showed in the photos and explained in the description. Considering the price some issues were expected, still a clearer communication in the listing would have been more honest.

  Disappointing as the bike wasn't packaged correctly and so the derailleur hanger was badly bent on arrival with the rear derailleur connected. I contacted the seller and sent photos, and he advised that a new hanger would be sent out the next day. 1 week later, I am still waiting and will now have to buy one elsewhere. As a result, I still haven't ridden the bike. A real shame as the rest of the bike was as per the listing and you'd have thought a bike shop would know how to safely pack a bike..
