The items were sent in 2 self sealing bags & sellotaped for extra security. Some items own packaging felt grubby on looks & touch, but that would be expected. I know it states multiple items, but 12 ink toner cartridges was a bit much, lol. (Hope they sell). It said not all items new as some may have cosmetic damages, but a couple of sealed items had things missing, not great. Most were good quality for the money, & for this we may buy again, if we get anything sold. Seller communication good.

In spite of that, the earbuds received seem to be working fine, were swiftly despatched, well packaged and were an ok price. However, I would be cautious, if I ordered from this seller again, and double check to ensure that the item ordered and received matched exactly with the details of the description given in the listing.
