    Item not as described, clearly been used and box tamper seal broken on more than one occasion. Kettle had no internal packaging at all it was just shuved into the box as it was. The box was heavily cellotaped up top and bottom and box torn underneath. This was definitely not new as described. Only reason gave positive was because the seller communicated very quickly and refunded with no quibble once item was returned. They also offered 15% off but declined as it was bought to be a gift.
