    These items are lovely, great value and are as described by the seller. They were packaged brilliantly. However, one of the cups had been badly damaged in transportation. I immediately contacted the seller to see if there might possibly be another one available. There wasn’t but the seller kindly offered a partial refund which I accepted. Brilliant seller. Thank you.

    The package had no tracking number. but luckily it arrived while someone was home. The coach was very well packaged. The coach was as described and the one shown in the good set of photographs. I believe I got good value for money as it was sensibly priced. I would recommend the seller and would buy from them again.
