    My seat-post is not a regular oval. I should have been much more careful in establishing correct dimensions. I ordered a second one-again got it wrong. I cancelled this [second] one within minutes and got a refund. I will not seek a refund for the first one - as I was in the wrong. I am very happy with this company - and their efforts and response/support for what was very poor specification on my part. I now have the correct one on the way.
