  Item was advertised as size 11, but when arrived was size 9. Contacted seller, who agreed to a return and refund. I needed to get a new box as the original had been damaged in transit, which meant the time ran slightly over. Return was declined and seller completely stopped communicating. I think the original error was an honest mistake, and agreeing to the return/refund seemed sincere, but subsequently just feels like cynical, mean-spirited behaviour, leaving me with a useless, mis-sold item.
