  Seller described item as new unopened, shipped in a timely manner and when I paid with the wrong payment method I cancel and they allowed and help find to reorder with new payment method. Only issue was that the box doesn’t work, seems as though it was never programmed from the manufacturer BUT seller issued a full refund 24 hours after delivery and my initial contact with concerns!
