TV Tuner Card and Windows 7
This TV card works great with Window Media Center which is in Windows 7. Windows 8 and 10 do not come with Media Center. Up until Jan 31 2013 you could get an add on for Windows 8, but no more. You can forget it in Windows 10. There are Third party programs, but I am not familiar with the way they work. So if you are planning on using this with Windows 8 or 10 you will have to run the software that comes included, which in my opinion is definitely lacking to the functionality of Windows Media Center in Windows 7. I own two of these cards so I can watch TV while my wife watches the big TV.
