Not what we were expecting
We were expecting a phone similar to what my husband had before for probably for 10 years. The old one was larger, had a rubber backing and had larger letters and buttons. This one is much smaller, very lightweight and no rubber backing. The buttons and font are smaller which he does not like. It just looks like a normal phone. We shall see after he drops it a couple of times or gets it wet if it indeed is rugged.
