This bow is stirdy and well made..The arrows however could be better..The tips will xome off and get lost in the groundvif the tip lands staight down..ivdo recommend getting different arrows..you will need more anyway..i made a quiver out of suede and fringed it out to look Indian.to hold the arrows and my son loves the whole set..i do recommend this bow & for the price you cant beat it..

Good starter bow
I got this for my 8 yr old girl. It works well. The arrows are fine but you'll want to buy more. Best to look up how to measure for best arrow length. Basically it depends on draw length. So one kid might be better with 24in arrows, but another kid needs 28in. Pay attention to the plastic packaging as it also contains a pin sight that can be attached to the bow riser (it looks kinda like a screw). If you're not paying attention you may throw it out and there's no instructions that mention it. One thing to note the bow works best when drawn to the full amount. My daughter has trouble getting it back all the way. The result is a less straight arrow shot. I may get a lower pound draw for my daughter as some practice ones she used actually worked better. Still a good bow that she can grow into.

Great practise bow.
Nephew, 10, told me he wanted a bow for Christmas. I already had one of these and thought it would be suitable. I bought this two pack so his sister got one too. They were delighted. Their other uncle wants one too now. It can be easily taken apart for packing or storage.

The bows I purchased were for a youth archery program. These are really cool. The younger boys loved them one of them said it looks like my Dad's. Since I bought two and the shipping was over priced the seller without any problems at all sent me back money.
