For ease and connectivity flexibility, the MM7055 supports both single ended RCA inputs and balanced inputs. You can select either type of input for each channel individually. The Marantz sports input and output jacks for DC and RC-5 jacks for convenient remote control operation. Audiophiles can appreciate the four way binding and gold plated post speaker terminals, which ensure tight connections to your speaker cables. I bought this figuring it would really improve my sound I have been using my Denon for a few years 140per channel but I know it goes down the more speakers you add I used this amp for my 5.2 tv room I added the amp and made my def tech sing but it was clear but I have to say it wasn’t that much improvement over my Denon so all and all I really don’t feel that it was something I needed to do oh well live and learn so I hope some of you learnedVerified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

This Marantz Amp is perfect and affordable for those who want to enter the world of professional home theatre and move away from the mainstream commercial devices on the market that combine video processing and audio processing. I have paired this Marantz with a Lexicon processor and I now hear things I never heard before with my Onkyo system. The sound and power are perfect. I recommend this as a 5.1 system amp and it is easy to add another 2 channel Marantz amp for a 7.1 system. I recommend ensuring your speakers can handle this upgrade.
