The REL Acoustics Strata 5 is an active subwoofer that has a 25 cm (9.8 inch) downward-firing drive unit with a 16 Hz to 99 Hz range. The features available on the REL Acoustics subwoofer are plentiful, including an LED panel on front with remote control, remembered user settings, and child locks to ensure settings are not changed accidentally. The REL Acoustics subwoofer has a very detailed setup routine to help the user get the most out of this active subwoofer. With the remote control options, adjustments can be made continuously until the perfect combination is reached. A blue LED display shows codes for each setting, and can easily been seen from across the room for remote tweaking. Meanwhile, the REL Acoustics Strata 5 can supply powerful, deep bass sounds without being too punchy or boomy. Rel sub bass system
I purchased my first rel subwoofer, after hearing that they are a good brand, the rel strata five subwoofer is really a great subwoofer both home cinema and stereo hi find application. The bass is tight and also quite powerful, I am thinking of getting a second one just to smooth out the bass response in my room.
