The cable is fine
The cable is fine, but make sure that it is within your own abilities to disconnect the old flex from your iron and also that you can connect this new cable. My iron had special crimped connections, meaning I had to cut the 3 cores and use a suitable connector block. Easy when you know what you are doing!!!

Most iron manufacturers use some type of crimp connector and the wires arn't that long inside. This cable was just the job as a replacement. I personally left a little extra cable from the old one and connected with soldered joints and adhesive heat shrink. 👍🏻

As good as new
After tolerating a tangled,coiled,damaged cable I found this replacement cable.Quality matches the manufacturer's.My only gripe is that a connector is not supplied.The manufacturers connections are crimped so need cutting.My tip would be to cut leaving the crimped ones alone & cut beyond to allow three stripped leads to be fitted to a connector strip.The inclusion of a Plug is a bonus.(beware not to pug into any Mains Socket until the Lead is connected as previously explained)!

Perfect replacement for worn flex.
Top quality, good length and very fair price. Only way it could be improved would be if they came and fitted it! You may need a crimping tool and connectors depending on your iron.
