About this product
Product Information
This natural dye is suitable for use with cellulose and plant-based fibres. It will effectively dye your clothing a deep, velvety black. Each pod contains 350 grams of dye and salt as well (so there is no need to mix in any salt after the wash). Use the pods with a regular washing machine; at the end of the cycle, your garments will be beautifully black. Suitable for tie-dyeing.Product Identifiers

Don't waste your money
Very disappointed in this product. Dyed a faded pair of black leggings and there was no difference Have used the dylon dye you mix yourself with salt in the past and found that great. Does what is says on the tin (packet!)
I have been using Dylon machine dyes for years. Now it even easier than before. Definately recommend. Nearly all my coured clothes started off as white and I then dye them when the whiteness eventually fades. They look like new and can be re-dyed until the eventually wear out. Been meaning to purchase this for a while but glad I finally did. Although I didn’t follow the instructions correctly things still went quite well. Jeans have there colour back and they feel like they are brand new also. I think the dye also did a repair job on the fabric

Simple and easy
Found a coat in a charity shop that looked like it had been exposed to bleach splodges, the lining was cream with flowers but my daughter really liked it and it fitted well, got the coat free of charge as we spent a fair amount of money and it had these splodges. Thought I would take a chance on it and bought the dye (so easy now that the salt is included), didn't think it would work but it worked unbelievably well - it covered the splodges and didn't dye the lining. I was really impressed - I have bought dylon dye previously when you had to buy salt separately but this was so much easier! Just unwrap it pop it in the machine - simple.
