Easy to Take
I have been taking D mannose for over a year to keep UTI 's at bay. Three capsules in the morning and three at bed time (1,000 mg). My Urologist was very interested when I told him about the supplement, he even took a photo of the capsule container. I have fewer infections, possibly one in the last year.
