Total waste of time & money!
Out of the 9 chapters in the book around 1/3 is spent promoting people sign up (and pay of course) for the Mastermind class. The book is now very out of date and so has little relevance on todays lender criteria. The book does not provide any realistic information putting the onus on the investors 'mindset' to achieve success or failure. Whilst I appreciate there is a certain 'mindset' required to succeed, the process to which Simon encourages people to follow in order to become a property millionaire is unrealistic and hugely risky. Working in the finance and property industry myself I can assure you, this book is a complete waste of both your time and money. In addition to this, I have personally spoken with various people who attended several of Simon Zutshi's courses via local PIN & PPN networking groups, ALL of whom confirmed Simon Zutshi makes his money from promoting courses which in turn up-sell other courses. There is very little content that is relevant to anyone starting to invest in property. I would strongly recommend reading Ian Samuels books on property investing which, in my opinion, offers a more feasible approach to property investing.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
