Wanted to knit my family, but other patterns seemed very old fashioned. These dolls are quite large, but great fun, and my daughter loved her 'mini me' I knitted for her 30th birthday! The clothes and features can be adapted to suit most people, and the hair (although time consuming) makes for a great feature. Pattern uses basic knitting stitches, the hardest bit was stuffing it.
