The best option for me
All I wanted to do was stuff as many CDs from my collection as possible into one giant cd player and use it as a giant iPod Shuffle and this Sony does that very well. I'm not really interested in the text options or track/disc programming, just track shuffling - the unit is pretty robust and works well, it's not really forgiving of scratched or damaged discs and will refuse to play them from time to time, plus my unit came without a remote but I have a replacement on order. For me a 200 cd changer was the best option, I'm happy with just listening to them in the house so I spared myself the agony of trying to rip them to computer or shelling out silly money on a Brennan ripper unit.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Still sounding great after 20 years
This is a 20 year old product and still sounds great and works well. I have changed the belts and performed some basic maintenance and the unit is working well with smooth carousel movements and disc changes.
