Seems to help, but am not sure it does yet.
I'm not certain yet,of whether or not this product works for me, or my specific condition yet. Several years ago, I injured both my LCL and MCL on both knees while rollerblading. They have bothered me on occasion ever since. I tried this ointment, and it seems to work okay. I'm not sure yet. I don't know how much to use, so I'm using it as needed. So far, my knees haven't bothered me as much as they used to, but I've also resorted to working out and strengthening the muscles around my knee. So I'm not sure which is doing what. I think that even if there is a placebo effect, I suppose the part that matters is that the pain is not as bad during the times that I've used this product.
