Great wipers but do not fit the 2007 Audi A5 3.0 TDI

I fitted these to my car on the evening they arrived. (Audi A5 3.0lt V6 quattro) The next morning it was raining heavy as I left for work. Firstly was the noise they were so loud and the sound was so bad and one end up coming off.
