I bought this book hoping to learn how to make a decent tikka masalas and a tasty korma. I realise these might not be ‘truly’ authentic but for many years they have been a favourite in Scotland especially Glasgow and most curry restaurants and carry out places sell them. So although my knowledge of spices and how to blend has improved I would have liked to be able to cook my favourite curry.
Authentic curry recipes from a restaurant I know well. Bhuna lamb delicious.
The down side for me is the quality of the book itself. It looks and feels cheaply made.
In my opinion it's over priced.
