Good quality product with good performance.
The dish, stand and LNB all appear to be good quality. The pictorial instruction sheet helped with assembly although it was a little fiddly at times. Reception performance was good with excellent picture and sound. The satellite finder proved to be useless. The alignment was obtained by using a phone App for rough direction then turning the dish a few degrees until a picture was obtained. Good kit with issues. Company needs to improve customer services.
The dish and lnb are fine. The satellite finder is a waste of time and money in my opinion. Would lock onto a signal however this could be any signal and not free sat. Ended up buying a meter from screwfix which although expensive is a god send as I use this dish with my motorhome so move around a lot. All in a good product but could buy without finder and with cables instead which to me would have been better deal. Great Sat Dish for Camping
I bought this dish as we are about to go to Brittany with our Caravan and we did not want to miss our favourite programmes! We already have a freesat receiver and cable. The dish is easy to set up, good instructions. I had to get different connectors for my cable (only £2.50). The Satellite Finder is easy to use once you get the Azimuth and Elevation values for the right Satellite - all this is available online at Dishpointer. I bought this product three months ago and have had great reception every time I have used it,
I recently bought a caravan for the first time at the age of 76, having been out three times some times I was unable to get TV reception due to area, hills etc. I realised that I needed a sat dish so I bought one and the required cables etc. from Super Satellite Man, The instructions supplied were fine but as I was unfamiliar with this technology I required more help. Good product for the price,
This dish worked without any problems and I used it with Avtex TV with built in Sat tuner. I used dishfinder app to help align it. The Tripod was decent quality and much like the ones used on rotorary camping clothes drier. It is not especially compact except when dismantled but then you could pay £300 or more for a bespoke portable system. I gave it 4* because the bracket does not allow vertically mounting in line with the tripod so it is a little off balance so I advise you peg it down before alignment as it liable to topple especially if its windy. The finder worked fine though it dangles in air with the supplied short (less loss) cable. The dish itself it the same size and construction as a house installed sky dish. I used just one of the 4 connections on the LNB for freesat.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Not actually tried it out while on a caravan site but works at home. Disappointed there was no coax cable and the satellite finding instructions very minimal, without the help of my local ariel installer I probably would not have been able to set it up. Once assembled it is very easy to take down for stowing away for travelling.
