Best soup recipe book ever
Pictures are a bonus and extremely helpful. Great recipes. Hardly ever have to buy anything in to complete a recipe. If fresh herbs are not available, substitute with dried at about 1/3 x dried + 1 x fresh, I usually less oil and no butter and low fat fromage frais instead of cream; soups still taste great.
