So good, I've bought a replacement
I bought this to replace one which was lent and not returned. Since then, I've had to bake Gluten-free bread for 25 years, so only felt the need to replace it now my coeliac wife has died. The recipes that I have tried all worked well. It helps to start with some of the simple recipes first before embarking on the more complicated ones, as I discovered quite a few years ago.
