Inversion Table
I bought this item to hopefully remedy my lower back ache problems. First time out, I dangled for 2 minutes (not to over-do it) and for the next 20 minutes the typically aching area felt like it had received some treatment. After 20 minutes the pain / ache subsided and my back felt brand new! I have now been using the table for a week, 3 sessions per day of 2 minutes inverted each time. Wow, what a difference it makes. Massively reduced pain and an ability to now control the condition of my lower back. If you suffer Lumbago, or many other types of back ache, then this may be the device for you. At less than £90 it is cheaper than 3 half hour sessions with a Physiotherapist. I can heartily recommend this product. Some of the most cost effective money that I have ever parted with. Lastly, don't be put off by some of the reviews written about the difficulty in putting the table together. User unfriendly
Ok so I have a back problem which a inversion table could fix , but you would like it to be easy to use and fold away , this one as poor institutions although you get there in the end , the folding is very poor and to rely on the small belt to hold you at a angle is not good and finally you rely on your centre of gravity to be central of course , this does not allow that , my friend as one of a different make which does and does not rely on a nylon belt to hold you and is the similar cost , so I wish I bought that one as it’s light too , remember people using it have a back injury? Last thing it does not fold flat so stage is a problem , the back rest does not stay upright in the store position why , because the centre of gravity is out ? Good product. Poor Instructions
Good product - nice and sturdy and easy to use. However, the assembly instructions are a load of rubbish. As an engineer, I consider myself reasonably competent in putting togther self-assembly items, but this was just unbelievable. Whoever wrote the instructions should be sent back to infant school (or take some lessons from Lego). You have to look at the main promotional pictures to work out how to assembly it, but it does go together, so just be patient, very patient, demonstrate the patience of a Northern Rail passenger in the midst of a timetable renewalVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great for Metal Detectors
My son purchased this having suffered pain for the last 7 months, and not being able to carry on with his hobby. He was advised by one of his fellow detectorists in the USA who found it a great help. My son has only been using it gradually since purchasing it, but says he can definitely feel the benefit. Great quality item for the price

High quality product
despite having to wait almost 2 weeks for it ( due to xmas post) I have to say it was well worth the wait, this Inversion Table is of very good quality, very sturdy, instructions to put it together differ from the actual product but with the help of the product picture from the website it made it easy to put together, it's of very high quality and quite comfortable too (well, as comfortable as you can expect when upside down).... Does what its supposed to
I recently bought this inversion table and when it arrived I started to assemble it. However the instructions are basic to say the least. I think I am fairly good at assembling stuff but this took some thinking through as various pieces which were supposed to be attached were not. Once I figured it out and had it up I tried it out. Sturdy and well constructed.
For the price it's surprisingly sturdy, I was wondering how perilous I'd feel with all my weight on it, but even a 6ft 5in stocky relation had a go with no signs of strain on it. It relieved a degree of discomfort on my first trial run, and although it's not cured the issue, which it's unlikely to do for anyone with degeneration of the discs, it's without doubt the most effective way I've found of easing the pain without over-medicating. Two things I'd point out, even folded it's bulky, but before you get that far, you may get frustrated by the assembly instructions, which require a degree of initiative and interpretation, as they are incomplete and on occasions positively unhelpful. Having said that, it didn't take too long to navigate through. All in all, highly recommended, would advise against paying for endless sessions with a practitioner when this worked better quickly and is always there when you need itVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great quality inversion table
Terrible instructions! I'm usually quite good at assembling items, but this arrived with extra parts that needed to be fitted that were not illustrated or referred to in the instructions. Having said that, it is well made and feels robust. I've used it a few times and out immediately relieves the pressure in my lower back. So, I would recommend it - just be prepared to use some common sense when assembling it.
