Classy album with shimmers of darkness and moments of brilliance
This is a great album. Agnes has a lovely voice and bags of talent. I can visualise her playing a piano and singing most of these songs, surrounded by a shimmering peach haze and suspended raindrops of gold and silver. Having said that, some of the songs sound like someone is plotting a murder or some sort of crime.
