Author BiographyJudge Richard May is the Presiding Judge, Trial Chamber III, of the UN International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia. He has written extensively about criminal evidence and is the author of Criminal Evidence.Marieke Wierda was Associate Legal Officer at the UN International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia. She is currently Senior Associate at the International Center for Transitional Justice in New York.
