Quality, standard,solid Triceps Bar
The bar weighs about 15lbs.? Nice bar, I do 3 triceps exercises skull"crushers", over head triceps extensions, and close-grip bench. Usually, I do one bicep exercise with the triceps bar..close grip curls..nice bar. Enjoy!
