Can't see the point in giving stars at this early date as it may not work tomorrow , time will tell. I think eBay have got this one wrong and left the old way of leaving feedback. You get what you pay for.
Very basic and cheaply made. Somewhat awkward to use compared with my old one. Power indicator values tend to change each time a battery is tested, and I ended up testing each battery a dozen times and taking an average of all readings I'll be looking to buy a better one.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Well worth the money
A very simple & easy to use item. You don't have to put batteries inside it to make it work nor do you have to charge it via a USB. I have no idea how long this automatic testing system will last, a few months or even, maybe, a few years. I just know that I had a bag full of batteries some of which I knew were out of charge & some of which were brand new. Now I've got one pile that are completely out of charge, one pile that have quite a bit of life still in them and a final pile which are totally brand new and are full of life. A cheap and invaluable tool.
I use a lot of batteries and often swap out batteries from my recorders to be certain they're good for the evening, so I end up with quite a few loose batteries accumulated, but have no idea which ones have useful power left, or didn't. Place the battery between the jaws, push up the red jaw to make contact and the traffic light display shows what is left in the battery.
