Strong Stomach Required!
The product tastes and smells disgusting. You need a strong stomach to deal with it. It has a raw fish odour and once swallowed, it has an aftertaste that is also like the smell. I have to disguise the taste it in heavy natural fruit juices in order not to gag. That's the bad bit! I cannot say for certain that it has been a specific benefit to my health as I have been taking other supplements as well, however, I do feel altogether better and in less pain than before I started taking.
