Brilliant to…if your in the market for a new tv,i would highly recommend this one!

Stunning TV !!
I moved to this from an LG 4K Smart TV which I thought was pretty good but this blows it away !!. The picture is first-class. I bought the 48 inch as that was a good size for my viewing and fits my room perfectly. Sound is not bad for a flat-screen, better than my original LG, but don't expect cinema quality sound from jurt the TV. Well worth buying 'last years' model at a BIG saving as I'm sure 'this years' model is not a whole lot better !!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Software issue
Tv is too smart. Using via Virginmedia cable, so need to switch off the annoying 4hr shutdown inactivity feature. Found the timers menu buried about 4 layers deep, switched it off. Tv STILL shuts down! Never had this problem with my Panasonic 4k TV, and the system menu was easily found. There is no apparent workaround. Also trying too hard to upsell Sky, Prime, Disney, etc with dedicated buttons and onscreen access. Just annoying if you don't want these. Other than that, picture is great, sound is fine, don't need a sound bar.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Beautiful TV worth the money.
Lovely picture and it is easy for day to day use but I wish it was easier to set up, the basics were OK but not the finesse and I've been having to try & sort through the online manual. Still can't figure out how to lengthen the auto shutdown my previous Samsung TV's were far easier to adjust etc.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
