Great piece of equipment
I bought this to help my circulation and strengthen my leg muscles because my Immune system was compromised due to cancer and then lock down I found I was very unfit and could only walk for a short while. Since using the rock n fit my legs seem to be getting stronger from a daily exercise of 10 mins a day and I'm 😴 much better could be coincidence but at 68 I'll take that although expensive to buy for a pensioner I'm happy with my purchase and want to stay fit for as long as I can so believe it was money well spent.
