Protect a shed before the winter
Looks good, waterproofs well and easy to apply. Used on my shed/workshop, following treatment with wood preservative. The latter helps to prevent against insect attack and rot, but doesn't repel the rain. used this product on my natural wood, factory treated wood, new shed and lap panel wooden fences. keeps the wood from splitting and drying out. keeps all fungi growth off the treated wood. minimum of 2 coats required, then possibly one coat annually. this product keeps the natural colour of the wood if the "clear" colour is used. dont forget to use googles and a high graded mask as product has high fumes which is bad for your restportory health.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

After rain, I could clearly see that my neighbour's unpainted fence (replaced at the same time) absorbed water, unlike mine. I'm hopeful that the UV protection will also help maintain the natural wood colour over time.
