Be prepared to fettle!
I bought these based on the eBay reviews, and they are reasonable quality, but my front mudguard had the metal attachment bracket riveted too far over to one side! Now you don't realise things like this till you start the fitting process and by then you just want to get on with it rather than send an email wait for the reply then repackage them and go to the post office etc etc! So it took some bending and fettling and cajoling! Got them to fit eventually, but took longer than it should have. Now I am pretty handy mechanically but if you are not it may not have been as easy. Now that they are fitted they work perfectly and are quite sturdy, (one of the reasons I persevered). My bike is Matt black and these are shiny black plastic but I rubbed them down with some 1000 grade wet and dry paper and now they look Matt black/brushed, very nice.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Fitted and working

Worth the effort.
These weren't a straightforward fit and may not suit bikes with small clearances between tyre and brake calipers. My bike has forks and 'V' brakes so clearance wasn't an issue. Quite difficult to get the profile to match the curvature of the tyres, but well worth the effort getting them correct. They now fit well, are very secure and are highly effective guards with no overspray. They are lightweight yet sturdy and look great on the bike. Rigid and reliable.
These are pretty cheap so I could hardly have complained if they had been a bit flimsy. They are not. Very sturdy - very shiny and just what I had hoped in being quite large. They replace a pair of, perhaps more fashionable, narrow guards that were always rubbing somewhere. I am very pleased with the robust and rigid structure and the smart appearance. Good quality mudguards
These are good quality mudguards, they don't whip side to side on rough ground like my old ones and the plastic is stronger. Adaptable product best for those with DIY skills
Sturdy, flexible and adaptable. Didn't go straight on but that was more about the clearance between seat stays and forks on my bike than the product itself. Norco adventure road bike on 32c tyres. Guard stays were long enough to give plenty of adjustment including accommodating bending the front eyes through 90 degrees to mount to my road bike screw holes on the back face of the forks. Prepare to spend quite a long time with a dremel tool fettling them to the right shape, but once on they're great. Lightweight but not made accurately
